Martin: the problem is likely that the file format is invalid. K2 is not so great at reporting this; took me a few goes before I realised that I couldn't use PNG. Try converting to a straight JPG and uploading again.

Phil: about a week ago, and it's read-only for non-members. Posting requires sign-up, and sign-up requires reCaptcha vetting, so hopefully no more spambots.

Must say, the new server is much much quicker - especially noticeable on my phone.

ETA: Just noticed a couple of new post count levels as well. Puny Pinkskin? That cat's got a lot to answer for.
